Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I get a sample?

    Absolutely! Tiles are a tactile material and samples allow you to view them in your own home at different times of day and with different light levels. That's why we have made it easy to have samples delivered to your door. Simply click the Sample button when you see a tile you like, and it will be added to your cart. For larger tiles, we will send a cut down sample of the tile.

  • How do I work out how many tiles I need?

    There is a tile calculator on each product page. All you need to do it enter your room dimensions and it will automatically enter the size of tile you are looking at. If you are unsure of your measurements, always double check with your installer.

  • How long will delivery of my tiles take?

    For items that are in stock we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 days. Out of stock or made to order products will have a longer lead time but this will be communicated at the time of ordering.

  • Can you guarantee my tiles will match my sample?

    Shade variation is an inherent feature of our tiles. We recommend that tiles are loosely laid out and ‘blended’ prior to fixing to achieve the most pleasing distribution of shades. No liability for shading can be accepted after installation. For more information, we highly recommend viewing our fixing guides.

  • Are the tile sizes shown exact?

    We use nominal dimensions throughout our website, which are subject to very slight variation within internationally accepted standards. Due to the nature of tile materials, these slight variations are unavoidable and can be accommodated with tolerances in grout gaps.

  • Can I install tiles myself?

    Before installing any of our tiles, please read our relevant Fixing Guide

  • Do my tiles need sealing?

    Most of our tiles do not require sealing. If a tile does need to be sealed, this information will be shown on the product page under ‘Important Information’.

  • Are my chosen tiles in stock?

    The majority of our products are stocked and available for immediate despatch. If your chosen product is currently unavailable, there is the option to receive an update when the product becomes available that can be found on the product page.

  • Do you accept returns?

  • I have a query about an order I have placed/received

    For orders placed online, please contact our Customer Services department with your order number and they will be happy to answer your questions. For orders placed in one of our Showrooms, please contact the store that the order was placed with. Showroom contact details can be found here

  • Can I amend an order

    We are unable to process amendments to online orders. If you wish to cancel or amend an order prior to despatch, please contact our Customer Services department

  • What are your charges for delivery?

  • My order has arrived with damaged tiles; what do I do?

    We recommend that all deliveries are checked on delivery and any damages reported to our Customer Services team within 48 hours.
